I Am Worthy.

For the woman in a season of change who has been giving so much of herself and is beginning to ask, “Where am I in all of this?”

What would change if you stayed with yourself?

Perhaps you have spent years being the one who holds things together. You care deeply, show up for others, and keep going, even when your own needs quietly fall to the bottom of the list.

A life transition can bring this question into focus. Perhaps your relationships, responsibilities or sense of self are shifting. You may be longing to hear yourself again, to receive without guilt, and to know that your needs have a place alongside the people you love.

I Am Worthy is a space to pause and listen. There is no demand to overhaul your life, set dramatic boundaries, or add another self-care task to your week. We explore small, embodied choices within the real responsibilities you carry.

“I can care for others and still have a place in my own life.”
The journey

Four afternoons to meet yourself again.

Each gathering weaves ceremonial practices with somatic exploration. Catherine guides the circle around a shared altar, with simple rituals to mark your intentions and invitations to listen to the body through breath, sensation, movement and voice. A sound journey offers time to rest and integrate. The details can respond to the women in the room.

Week one

Being witnessed

Come into a circle where you do not need to hold everything together. Through flowers, intention, story and gentle grounding, we begin by allowing ourselves to be seen and heard.

Practices may include a shared altar opening, choice-led circle sharing, a letter to yourself, grounding in the body and closing sound.

A little less alone. A little more at home in yourself.
Week two

Receiving

When you are used to giving, receiving can feel unfamiliar. We explore guilt, rest and nourishment through scent, touch and simple sensory care. There is no extra thing you “should” do.

Practices may include a ceremony of receiving, choosing an oil by scent, self-touch or hand massage, supported rest, humming and closing sound.

Permission to receive care without having to earn it.
Week three

Voice & boundaries

Notice where your yes has been costing you. Through movement, breath and optional sounding, we reconnect with our voices. We listen for what feels true, practise giving it words, and notice what it is like to be heard without needing to explain it away.

Practices may include body-led movement, boundary reflection, speaking a need or boundary aloud or silently, optional toning and closing sound.

More trust in your own no, yes and not yet.
Week four

Becoming

We honour the woman you have been and the one you are becoming. Through a closing ritual and sound journey, you gather what matters and choose a small way to stay with yourself beyond the circle.

Practices may include an integration ritual, witnessing one another, a personal intention to carry forward and a final sound journey.

A steadier sense that you belong in your own life.

Depth without heaviness. Beauty without performance. Joy without pretence.

Inside the circle

A space to feel, express and receive.

Flowers and candlelight mark our arrival. There is space for conversation and witnessing, quiet reflection, breath and body awareness, intentional movement, and a closing sound journey. Voice is part of the journey too: you may hum, tone, speak an intention, or simply listen and feel the resonance in your body.

Some moments may invite you to write a few words, choose an oil by scent, or offer yourself a simple gesture of care. You may speak an intention aloud, hold it privately, or find your own words. The phrases “I love you, I thank you, I forgive you” can be an invitation to meet yourself with grace. You will never be asked to forgive what you are not ready to forgive.

You can share, listen, rest, move, or opt out of any practice. Nothing needs to be performed or forced. We are making room for the body, heart and mind to come into conversation.

What you may carry home

More of you, in your own life.

This is not about becoming a different woman in four weeks. It is space to feel yourself again and find ways of living that do not leave you behind.

  • Less alone in what you have been carrying.
  • More able to notice when you need rest, support or a pause.
  • More honest with yourself about where your energy goes.
  • More at ease with receiving care, pleasure and kindness.
  • More confident to communicate a boundary while staying connected to the people you love.

Your experience will be your own. There is no single way you need to feel or change.

The woman holding the circle

I'm Catherine.

I'm a Holistic Wellness practitioner, bodyworker and mindfulness facilitator. My work brings together touch, sound, somatic awareness and ceremony, with a deep respect for each woman's pace and choices.

I created I Am Worthy because I know how easy it can be to keep giving while losing touch with yourself. I want this to be a space where you can be witnessed, reconnect with your body and voice, and begin to stay with yourself in the life you actually live.

I will guide the four gatherings with warmth and care. You can share, listen, rest and take part in the ways that feel right for you.
